脳神経外科手術において経頭蓋MEPモニタリングを行う患者で、かつ開頭により頭皮が翻転されるためにcork-screw電極が設置不能な症例を対象とする。

① ２０歳以上の患者
② 全身麻酔下開頭手術を受ける患者のうち、患者本人が本件について承諾可能な患者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①　一般的な術中電気生理学的モニタリング検査施行不能な患者
②　全身麻酔維持に筋弛緩剤投与が必要と判断された患者
③　全身麻酔維持に揮発性吸入麻酔薬投与が必要と判断された患者
④　本研究に同意されなかった患者
⑤　ステンレスにアレルギーのある患者
⑥　設置する骨に病変のある患者。一時運動野直上の骨は頭蓋骨が厚く5mm程度の先行孔の設置が骨貫通をきたす危険はない。骨の厚さは術前のCT scanで測定可能であり、本設置部分の骨が病的な患者は本研究対象から除外する。
