本臨床試験は、外来通院中の植込型VAD患者に対して、テレビ会議システムを使用した遠隔診療を通常の外来に加えて行うことで、通信数・外来受診数の変化や、患者本人および介護者のQOLや利用満足度に対する影響を評価することを主目的とする。

植込型VADを装着し、自宅退院後60日以上経過し、外来通院中の患者
スマートフォン・タブレット・PCのいずれかを所持し、使用経験のある患者

Ambulatory patients undergoing LVAD implantation and discharged before 60 days or more.
Using smartphone, tablet routinely.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
スマートフォンなどの使用が困難な視覚障害を有する患者
スマートフォンなどの操作に支障をきたしうる整形外科的疾患または神経疾患を有する患者
文書による同意が得られない患者
その他、研究責任者および主治医が被験者として不適当と判断した患者
