除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 血液透析を受けている患者
2. XOR阻害薬を内服している患者
3. 試験責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

1. patients undergoing hemodialysis
2. patients taking inhibitor of xanthine oxidoreductase
3. patients who are not eligible by the investigators
