本研究では、再生検症例の病理診断、治療経過、遺伝子異常情報等を前向きにデータベース登録することで、再生検症例における臨床情報の多施設解析を行う。

（10）遺伝子変異：EGFR・ALK・ROS1・K-Ras・BRAF・RET・FGFR1・DDR2・PIK3CA・c-met・c-myc・MDM2等
（11）免疫染色：免疫治療(免疫チェックポイント阻害薬含む)の効果予測・予後因子となりうる、PD-1/PD-L1・CTLA4等を対象とした免疫組織化学解析
