加齢に伴い、舌骨上筋の筋力は低下する。舌骨上筋の筋力低下は、食道入口部の開大不全を招き、誤嚥の原因となる。本研究の目的は、開口動作が舌骨の挙上動態に与える影響を検討する事である。

The strength of supra-hyoid muscles decline in aging. It results in insufficient upper esophageal sphincter opening which cause aspiration. The aim of this study is to valid the effect of jaw opening movement as dysphagia rehabilitation.
