目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
脳卒中後遺症、パーキンソン病、多系統萎縮症などの中枢神経疾患による運動障害および高次脳機能障害を有する患者に対して、経頭蓋直流電流刺激（transcranial direct current stimulation: tDCS）を施行しこれらの症状に対する効果を検討する。

To evaluate the efficacy of tDCS(transcranial direct current stimulation) therapy for movement disorder and cognitive impairment in neurological patients(post stroke, parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy).

運動機能:Unified Parkinoson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (ICARS)
記憶機能：MMSE,HDSR
前頭葉機能：FAB
情動機能：Apathy scale,Self depression scale(SDS)

Motor function are Unified Parkinoson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) and International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (ICARS).
Memory function are MMSE and HDSR. Frontal function is Frontal Assessment Battery,FAB.Mood scale are Apathy scale and Self depression scale, SDS.

tDCS刺激を1日1回、刺激強度2mA（単位面積当たりの刺激電流強度：0.06mA/cm2）の直流電流を20分間、5日間。

The tDCS stimulation menus are 2mA intensity with 20 minutes a day for 5 days.
