成長期にある野球選手の野球肘、上腕骨近位骨端線離開といった投球障害に対するリハビリ指導の一環として取り入れているシャドーピッチングが全力投球フォームとどのくらい乖離があるかを確認し、投球指導方法を検討する。

Shadow pitching is used as a part of rehabilitation of throwing injuries, including little league elbow and little league shoulder in the period of growth.
We will examine the degree of estrangement between the shadow pitching and full power pitching to review instruction method.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①整形外科的手術の既往があるもの。
②投球制限を余儀なくされる重篤な障害を有するもの。
③測定時に疼痛により、関節可動域制限、筋柔軟性が制限されているもの。

2. Subject with serious obstacles that restrict pitching.
3. Subject with pain at the time of measurement that restrict joint movement and flexibility.
