パワースペクトル解析により得られたLow frequency （LF）/High frequency (HF)、HFをそれぞれ交感神経、副交感神経の活動指標とし、両群間で比較検討した。また腹部症状と自律神経活動との関連性を検討した。

The main outcome was changes in the autonomic nervous function before and after defecation, which were compared between the control and IBS groups. Other measured values of autonomic nervous function were compared as secondary outcomes. Furthermore, correlations between the measured values of autonomic nervous function, symptom scores, and QOL scores were evaluated.

Tシャツ型の生体情報計測用ウェアラブルデバイスを24時間装着し、心拍変動による自律神経機能情報などの生体情報を収集する。またスマートフォンアプリを使用し消化管症状、食事、排便、睡眠に関する情報を得る。

We obtain biological information such as autonomic nervous system function by wearing device for 24 hours. We also obtain the information about gastrointestinal symptoms, defecation, and sleep by using the application software on the smartphone.
