選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

2008年1月1日から2017年3月31日までに受診歴のあるクローン病患者
① クローン病と診断された患者のなかで、2008年1月1日から2017年3月31日までに初めて狭窄症状を発症したもの。
② 消化管狭窄の確認がバルーン小腸内視鏡検査、X線透視、CT、カプセル内視鏡検査などで確認されているもの。

Crohn's disease patients with previous consultation from January 1, 2008 to March 31, 2017
(i) Among patients diagnosed with Crohn's disease, those who developed stenotic symptoms for the first time from January 1, 2008 through March 31, 2017.
(ii) Confirmation of gastrointestinal stricture is performed by balloon small intestine endoscopy, X-ray fluoroscopy, CT, capsule endoscopy examination, etc.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 症候性狭窄を発症する以前に腸管切除が実施されている症例
② 術後の癒着性イレウスと診断された症例
③ 瘻孔を有する症例
④ 研究協力拒否の申し出があった患者
⑤ その他、医師が不適と判断した場合

(ii) Case diagnosed as adhesive ileus
(iii) Case with fistula
(iv) Patient who had an offer to refuse research cooperation
(v) In addition, when the doctor judges it as inappropriate
