主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

2013年7月20日～9月25日の間に、事前データとして唾液を3回採取、その後口腔機能体操を毎食前実施し、3週間、6週間後に唾液を採取し、唾液分泌量、唾液IgAを測定した。

Between July 20 th - 20 th September 25 saliva was collected as preliminary data three times, then oral function gymnastics were performed before each meal, saliva was collected 3 weeks, 6 weeks later, saliva secretion amount, saliva IgA was measured.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

基本的属性（性別、年齢）BMI、食生活に関する内容、口腔内環境、過去1年間の感冒罹患回数、誤嚥性肺炎の既往について調査した。

同一介護老人保健施設に入居しADLがほぼ自立している方で、自分で判断ができる方の内、研究に同意が得られた方

Those who have moved to the same elderly health care facility and are almost self-supporting ADL, those who got consent to research among those who can judge on their own

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

意識レベルが低下している方、経口摂取できない方、日常生活が全介助状況にある方、自己判断ができない方、歯科治療中ではない方

Those with a declining consciousness level, those who can not take oral, those who are in daily life with full assistance situation, those who can not self-judge, those who are not in dental treatment
