手指衛生は医療者にとって最も基本的な医療行為であるにもかかわらず、西７階病棟において看護師の手指衛生遵守率が低い現状がある。手指衛生教育ビデオを作成し対象者に視聴してもらうことで、スタッフにとってより模範的な存在として手指衛生の方法を提示することができ、視聴したスタッフは自らも手指衛生の遵守を日常的にする必要があるという意識づけにできると考える。看護師の手指衛生行動および手指衛生に関する意識に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的に、研究を行う。

Though it is the most basic medical act, as for the finger hygiene, there are the present conditions that the finger hygiene compliance of the nurse is low for a medical person in west seventh floor ward. I can show a method of the finger hygiene as model existence for the staff by having I make a finger hygiene education video, and a target person watch it, and the staff whom I watched thinks that it is possible for consciousness that it is necessary for oneself to do the observance of the finger hygiene routinely to be dated it. For the purpose of clarifying influence to give to consciousness about the finger hygiene action of the nurse and the finger hygiene, I study it.
