佐賀県の中学3年生のピロリ菌感染者（除菌治療前）と非感染者の糞便を解析し、その菌叢の違いおよびそれぞれの基礎疾患との関連について検討する。

To analyze fecal matter of people infected with Helicobacter pylori infection (before eradication treatment) in third grade junior high school students in Saga prefecture and feces of uninfected persons, and investigate the difference between the microbial flora and the relation with each underlying disease.

佐賀県内の中学3年生を対象に実施する尿中の抗H. pylori感染検査（一次検査）において、陰性であった者を陰性群とし、これらの対象者から提供された糞便検体について、次世代シークエンサーを用いて腸内細菌叢の網羅的解析をおこなう。

Among the middle school third grader in Saga prefecture, we define that negative groups are negative in urinary anti-H. pylori infection examination. For fecal specimens provided by these subjects, a comprehensive analysis of the intestinal microflora is performed using the next generation sequencer.

佐賀県内の中学3年生を対象に実施する尿中の抗H. pylori感染検査（一次検査）において、一次検査が陽性であり便中のH. pylori抗原検査も陽性であった者を陽性群とし、これらの対象者から提供された糞便検体について、次世代シークエンサーを用いて腸内細菌叢の網羅的解析をおこなう。

・研究責任者、および通院中の者で、主治医が参加に問題があると判断した者
・既にH. pylori除菌治療を受けたことがある者

腸内細菌叢用の便検体提出時に個人情報確認票を配布しておき情報提供を受ける。内容は氏名、生年月日、保護者氏名、住所、電話番号、診断されている病名、現在の内服薬、乳児期の栄養法、就学前の集団保育の有無、家族構成を記入してもらう。

Distribute the personal information confirmation slip at the time of submitting the fecal specimen for intestinal bacterial flora and receive information. The contents include the name, date of birth, parental name, address, telephone number, name of the disease being diagnosed, current internal medicine, nutrition at infancy, presence or absence of collective childcare before preschool, family composition.
