日本語
創外固定術において最も頻度の高い合併症であるピン刺入部感染を予防するために，刺入するピンを酸化処理して光触媒機能を付加し，ピン刺入部感染の予防効果を検討することを目的とした．

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of prevention of pin site infection by photocatalyst, which is the one of the most frequent complication in the treatment of external fixator.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

感染の有無の判断には，①ピン刺入部の局所所見（滲出液の性状，疼痛，発赤，腫脹），②血液検査，③単純X線像を用いる．

There are three points of assessment of infection; 1: local findings of pin site (effusion, pain, redness, and swelling), 2: blood chemical analysis, 3: X-ray images.

膠原病や光線過敏症の患者
