選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1） 食道ESD後に切除後の周在性が5/6周以上となることが予想される患者
2） 年齢が20歳以上の患者
3） 本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1 The patients predicted to resect with a mucosal defect greater than or equal to 5/6 of the esophageal circumference
2 Over 20 years old
3 obtain informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1） 切除後周在性が5/6周以上とならなかった患者
2） 全周性病変の患者
3） 切除後周在性が全周性となった患者
4） ステロイドを内服している症例
5） 精神疾患または精神症状を合併しており、試験参加が困難な症例。
6） 妊娠中または妊娠の可能性がある、または授乳中の女性。
7） ポリグルコール酸(PGA)シートとフィブリノゲン加第ＸⅢ因子（フィブリン糊）に対して過敏症もしくはアレルギーの既往がある患者。
8） その他、試験責任(分担)医師が被験者として不適当と判断した患者。
