目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
エドキサバンの薬効、副作用、体内動態に影響を及ぼす可能性のある、吸収・代謝・排泄に関わる蛋白分子の個性（いわゆるfunctional SNP）を薬理遺伝学的に検索することにより、患者さんに個別化されたエドキサバンによる抗凝固療法のデザインを目指す。

Pharmacological potency, side effect, and kinetics in body are influenced by single nucleotide polymorphisms of genes encoding key proteins controlling drug's absorption, metabolism and excretion. This study aims to examine the effect of these functional SNPs on edoxaban blood level and to consider the precision medicine to avoid its side effect.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
エドキサバン服用後の一定時間(trough)において採血を実施し、血中薬物濃度、薬物代謝酵素及び薬物トランスポータ（当面は、functional SNPが明らかなCYP3A5, ABCB1及びABCG2 (BCRP)とする）の遺伝子多型の測定を行い、経口Xa 因子阻害薬の血中濃度及び治療効果に与える遺伝子多型や患者背景の影響を明らかとする。
