１)　表在食道癌に対してESDが行なわれている。
２) 狭窄予防でTA局注が行われている。
３)　良性腫瘍に対する治療も含め、食道や縦隔に対する手術の既往がない。
４)　患者本人から文書によるインフォームドコンセントが得られている。

Intralesional steroid injection to prevent stricture after endoscopic submucosal dissection for esophageal cancer

No history of esophagectomy

Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１)　全身的治療を要する感染症を有する。
２)　妊娠中、妊娠の可能性がある、産後28日以内、授乳中のいずれかに該当する女性。
３)　ステロイド剤、またはその他の免疫抑制剤の継続的な全身投与（内服又は静脈内）　を受けている。
４)　その他、研究担当医師が本研究を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した症例。

食道ESD後、ステロイド局注で狭窄を来す危険因子が明らかになれば、ステロイド局注法と、ステロイド局注法とステロイド内服などの併用療法を効果的に使い分けることができるようになる。
