主な結果/Results

日本語
本研究で、ケモカインの一つであるCCL25がヒトの母乳中に存在していることは初めて確認した。
そこでさらに、母乳中のCCL25、CCL28、IL-7およびTSLPを測定して、それらの相関関係及び初産婦と経産婦の比較を行った。
その結果、初乳中のCCL25とTSLPが常乳中よりも有意に高いことを明らかにした。
また、初乳中のCCL28とIL-7が正の相関関係にあることを見出した。

In this study, CCL25, a chemokine, was detected in human breast milk (HBM) for the first time. We then CCL25, CCL28, IL-7, and TSLP levels in the HBM were analyzed and compared their correlations and the levels between primiparous and multiparous women. As a result, it was showed that CCL25 and TSLP levels were significantly higher in colostrum than in mature milk. Moreover, CCL28 and IL-7 levels in colostrum showed a positive correlation.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

静岡済生会病院で満期・経腟出産した53名の女性を対象とした。

A total of 53 women who completed full-term pregnancies and delivered vaginally at Shizuoka Saiseikai General Hospital were recruited.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

日本語
以下の条件の女性は、被験者から除外した。
（１）母乳成分に影響する可能性が考えられる疾病を患った履歴がある方。
（２）出産時に異常があった方。
（３）低体重児（2.5kg以下の体重の新生児）を出産した方。
被験者には、インフォームドコンセントを行い、各被験者の情報は十分に気を付けて管理する。

We excluded women who fulfilled any of the following conditions: (1) those with diseases or a history of diseases affecting BM composition, (2) those who developed complications during delivery, and (3) those who delivered low-weight-birth infants (birth weight of <2.5 kg). All mothers provided written informed consent before participating in this study. Information on the mothers was obtained from them during hospitalization.

得られたそれぞれの測定結果から、初乳中と常乳中および初産婦と経産婦の含有量を比較するとともに、それぞれの含有量の相関関係を解析する。
