本研究の参加に同意しなかったもの。

2017年に当院を受診した中年の検診受診者で、FIB-4 indexと心血管疾患の合併の関連を検討した。脂肪肝を有する対照群では、FIB-4 index高値と心血管疾患の合併が関連していた。

同じ対象者集団で、FIB-4 indexとメタボリック症候群の関連を検討したところ、脂肪肝を有する対象者群では、FIB-4 index高値とメタボリック症候群の合併にとに有意な関連が認められた。

30歳から65歳の検診受診者で、高血圧と悪性腫瘍の発症の関連を検討したところ、男性では高血圧と悪性腫瘍の発症に有意な関連が認められたが、女性ではこの関連は認められなかった。

We investigated the relationship between FIB-4 index and prevalent cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome. In the individuals with fatty liver detected by ultrasonography, high FIB-4 index was significantly associated with prevalent cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.

Furthermore, in the male working-age participants, hypertension was significantly associated with incident cancer, while this relationship was not observed in the female participants.

2010年以降の健診受診者を対象として、各種疾患の発症を、前向き、後ろ向きに観察して検討する。
1年ごとに蓄積されたデータで解析を行い、得られた知見を発表していく予定である。フォローアップは2027年まで行う予定である。

We will analyze the accumulating data yearly, and publish the findings.
