選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

（１）同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の男女
（２）週4回（1回につき1時間）程度のカラオケ歌唱が可能な者
（３）事前に当該試験の説明を受け、その内容が理解でき趣旨に賛同し、本人による文書同意が得られる者

(1)Male and female who aged 20 or older at the time of consent acquisition
(2)Subjects who can sing on karaoke singing about four times a week (1 hour per time)
(3)Subjects who show understanding of the study procedures and agreement with participating the study by written informed consent prior to the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（１）肝、腎、心、肺、消化器（胃切除を含む）、血液、内分泌系および代謝系等に重篤な既往のある者、または現在治療中の者
（２）ストレスや免疫に関連するサプリメントを常用している者
（３）呼吸器、心臓および血管系の疾患に関する医薬品を投与されている者
（４）来院が困難な者
（５）鬱および精神状態が不安定な者または心因反応が高い者
（６）その他、試験責任医師等が本試験への参加が不適当と判断した者

(1)Subjects who have previous and/or current medical history of serious heart, lung, kidney, digestive organ (including gastrectomy), blood, endocrine, or metabolic disease or current treatment for these diseases
(2)Subjects who regularly use health foods for modulating stress or immunity
(3)Subjects who are administered medicines related to respiratory, cardiac and vascular diseases
(4)Subjects who are difficult to visit the hospital
(5)Subjects who are depressed and unstable in mental condition or have ahigh psychogenic response
(6)Subjects who have been determined ineligible by principal investigator or sub-investigator
