減少傾向にある青少年期の食事中の咀嚼回数を、チューイングガムを用いた咀嚼運動トレーニングで補完するとしたら，どのような強度と頻度で行うと効果があって、かつ継続実施可能なのか検討する。

市販キシリトールガム（ロッテ製）を用いたガム咀嚼運動トレーニングを30日間行ってもらう。トレーニング実施時間帯の指定なし、咀嚼ペースも指定なしの自由咀嚼とする。チェックシートを用いて保護者に実施記録をつけてもらう。
・A群　1回2粒、1回あたり5分間、1日1回

Have a gum chewing exercise training using commercial xylitol gum (Lotte) done for 30 days. Without designation of training time zone, free chewing without designation of chewing pace. Ask parents to record implementation records using check sheets.

Group A: 2 tablets at a time, 5 minutes per dose, once a day
