教室開始時および終了時に評価が可能である参加者
本研究の参加にあたり，十分な説明を受けた後，十分な理解の上，本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた参加者

1) The participant who it continues during
class enforcement period, and can take lectures.
2) The participant that an evaluation is possible at the start and the end of this class.
3) The participant that a document agreement by the free will of the person was provided after enough understanding after having received enough explanation on participating of this study.

教室運営医師により受講中止すべきと判断された参加者
その他教室運営医師により不適当と判断された参加者
