日本語
単回の下肢レジスタンス運動（30分程度）を実施する。その前後にアミノ酸（対照）を摂取する。また、翌日以降3日間もアミノ酸（対照）を1日2回摂取する。3週間のウォッシュアウト期間を設けた後、単回の下肢レジスタンス運動（30分程度）を実施する。その前後にアミノ酸（アクティブ）を摂取する。また、翌日以降3日間もアミノ酸（アクティブ）を1日2回摂取する。

Intake of amino acids (control) before and after a single bout of lower limbs resistance exercises (30min). The amino acids are also taken twice a day for 3 days after the exercise day. Establish a 3-week washout period. Intake of amino acids (active) before and after a single bout of lower limbs resistance exercises (30min). ・運動機能障害のない方
・体力測定可能な方
・心臓ペースメーカーや人工関節の使用等のない方

-A person who hasn't had a motor dysfunction.
-A person who is able to participate in a functional fitness test.
-A person who hasn't used a cardiac pacemaker and/or an artificial joint.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・肝、腎、心、肺、消化器、血液、内分泌系、神経系および代謝系に重篤な疾患を有する方、または既往
・直近１年間に、骨折、腱断裂、肉離れ等、運動器に重度の損傷を受けた方
・食品に対してアレルギー反応を示す方
・日常的にウェイトトレーニングを行っている方
・医師から運動を止められている方

-A person who has had severe diseases or the past illness on liver, kidney, heart, lung, digestive organs, blood, endocrine, nerve and metabolic system.
-A person who has had severe damage on the locomotive organs such as fracture, tendon rupture, or muscle strain in the past 1 year.
-A person who has had dietary allergy.
-A person who has had a habit to do strength training.
-A person who has been ordered not to do exercise by a medical doctor.
