インソールについては多くのメーカーから発売されているが、その効果については客観的な評価がされていない。今回の研究では健常者を対象としてインソールの効果を三次元動作解析装置と床反力計を用いて定量的に評価することを目的とした。

A lot of insoles have released from many manufacturers, but the effect has not been objectively evaluated. In this research, we aimed to quantitatively evaluate the effect of insole for healthy subjects using a 3D motion analysis device and a floor reaction force meter.

主な結果/Results

日本語
健常者18名を対象として立方骨と踵骨前部をサポートするインソールの効果を調査した結果、歩行能力を低下させることなく足関節のパワーを低下させた。カーボンファイバーインソールの使用により、歩行能力を低下させることなく足関節のパワーを低下させ、左右のパワーの均等化が行われたと考えられる。その結果一側下肢への筋の負担を軽減すると考えられ、歩行動作を含む長時間のスポーツパフォーマンスの維持をもたらす可能性が示唆された。

The effect of insoles supporting the cuboid and anterior calcaneus in 18 healthy subjects was investigated and found to reduce ankle joint power without reducing walking ability. It is thought that the use of carbon fibre insoles reduced ankle joint power without reducing walking ability and equalised power between the left and right sides. This was thought to reduce muscle strain on the unilateral lower limb.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

20歳以上60歳以下の健常者を対象に被検者の募集を行う。（大学やリハビリテーション科外来に募集の掲示を行う。その際に研究参加の為の強制力が働かないように十分注意する。）
適格基準は20歳以上60歳以下の健常者とする。
除外基準は、杖などの歩行補助具が必要な者、歩行に影響する脳神経筋疾患、心疾患、整形外科疾患を有する者とする。

We recruit healthy subjects between 20 and 60 years of age. (Recruitment notices will be posted at universities and rehabilitation department outpatient clinics. Care will be taken to ensure that there is no coercion to participate in the study).
Eligibility criteria are healthy subjects aged between 20 and 60 years.
Exclusion criteria are those who need a walking aid such as a cane, or have a neuromuscular, cardiac or orthopaedic disease that affects walking.
