和歌山県内にある全110介護老人福祉施設に就業している介護職者（2680）とする。
全110施設のうち、本研究のプログラムへの協力の承諾が得られた施設に勤務し、本研究の趣旨に賛同し、プログラムとアンケート調査に協力する承諾が得られた介護職者とする。

Care workers engaging in care facilities which participate in this study who give the informed consent to this study,who participate in study and who submit the guestimnaire.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

②資料の連結に同意しない者
