2001年4月から2016年6月まで、昭和大学横浜市北部病院で閉塞性大腸癌に対する治療が行われた患者のうち、ステント治療後に待機的手術が行われた患者と緊急手術が行われた患者を対象とした。

The subjects were patients with acute malignant colorectal obstruction who were treated by either elective surgery after SEMS placement or emergency surgery between April 2001 and June 2016 at Showa University Northern Yokohama Hospital.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
初回治療として経鼻イレウス管、経肛門イレウス管を挿入した患者、消化管穿孔を疑う腹膜炎所見を認めた患者は除外した。

Patients with decompression by nasal ileus tube or trans-anal tube as the first treatment, and a patient with signs of peritonitis by perforation were excluded from this study.

具体的には治療法、患者背景（年齢、性別、病変部位、stage等）、周術期成績、長期成績（再発率）である。

This is a single institution retrospective study. Data regarding the treatment method, age, sex, location, pStage of tumor, treatment outcomes related to SEMS placement, treatment outcomes related to surgery, recurrence rate, and follow-up period were collected from the hospital records.
