２．１が職務上、重要と考える人
３．２０１８年度に岡山大学病院看護部で実施される教育担当者向けコーチング研修の参加者
４．３が職務上重要と考える人
５．国際コーチ連盟（ICF）認定マスターコーチもしくはプロフェッショナルコーチ
６．５による有料コーチングセッションを定期的に受けているクライアント

1.Participats in coaching training (3 times in total) conducted at Okayama University Hospital Nursing Department in FY 2018
2.The main persons working with the participants No.1
3.Participants in Coaching training for education personnel conducted at Okayama University Hospital Nursing Department in FY 2018
4.The main persons working with the participants No.3
5.The professional coaches who have ICF certified master coach or professional coach
6.The clients who regularly reciving paid coaching sessions by No.5
