目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
国内で保険承認されている自家培養表皮ジェイス使用に当たり、分層網状植皮を併用することで、単独使用に比べ生着率の大幅な向上が見込めている。生着率の向上には自家真皮成分が関与していることは2016年に林が報告した。
今回、分層網状植皮に変わり、分層網状真皮を使用することでもジェイスが生着するか検討する。

When we use cultured epithelial autograft (CEA) for massive burns, we conbine meshed skin graft and CEA. This method is better rate of engraft than using CEA only.
Dr. Hayashi reported the dermis make the CEA bind to the burn wound in 2016.
So we search using of a combination of meshed dermis graft and cultured epithelial autograft for massive burned patients.
