本研究の目的は、労働者において、新しく開発された感謝法プログラムがワーク・エンゲイジメントに及ぼす影響を、前後比較試験により明らかにすることである。また、セカンダリアウトカムとして、感謝特性、職場の幸福度、自己効力感、仕事と家庭の満足度、ソーシャルキャピタル、上司・同僚の支援、仕事のパフォーマンスの増加、および心理的ストレス反応に及ぼす影響についても明らかにする。

The purpose of the study is to examine the effectiveness of a new developed gratitude intervention program on work engagement, as primary outcome, among workers, with a pretest-posttest study design. The study also aims to examine the effectiveness of this program on improving gratitude feeling, work related happiness, self-efficacy, job and life satisfaction, social capital, supervisor / coworker support, job performance, and non-specific psychological distress as secondary outcomes.

　1回50分のワークショップと 、職場で感じた感謝を、毎週月曜日、水曜日、金曜日の3日間、3週間に渡ってメールで送信してもらい、その都度それらを記録した感謝日記を返信する。
ワークショップの目的は4つあり、1つ目は感謝をすることの意義を知ってもらうこと、2つ目は職場での感謝に気づきやすくなること、3つ目は他者への感謝表出を促進すること、そして4つ目は介入に対する主体性を高めることである。
　感謝のメールを送ることと、感謝日記を返信することの目的は、感謝の気持ちを高めることである。

A program composed of workshop and sending work related gratitude e-mails three days a week (on Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for three weeks. Participants will be given a gratitude dairy which shows the accumulated gratitude after gratitude e-mails everytime.
There are four aims of workshop. First, to tell the merit of feeling gratitude. Second, to be easy to feel gratitude. Third, to promote the expression of gratitude to others. Fourth, to increase autonomy toward the program.
The aim of sending gratitude e-mails and giving accumulated gratitude dairy are to increase gratitude feeling.
