選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
空腹時血糖≧126mg/dl、随時血糖≧200mg/dl、HbA1c≧6.5%のいずれかを認める。明らかな糖尿病性網膜症の合併がある。すでに糖尿病薬物治療を受けている。
LDL≧140mg/dl、HDL＜40mg/dl、TG≧150mg/dlのいずれかを認める。すでに脂質異常症薬物治療を受けている。
BMI≧25
内分泌疾患患者またはその疑い

Fasting glucose level>126mg/dl or glucose level>200mg/dl or HbA1c>6.5%.
With diabetic retinopathy.
Patients treated by antidiabetes agent.
LDL>140mg/dl or HDL<40mg/dl or TG>150mg/dl.
Patients treated by agent for hyperlipidemia .
BMI>25
Endocrine disease or possibility of the disease
