選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
神経疾患患者で、中枢運動路の障害が疑われる患者（錐体路性の筋力低下、腱反射の亢進、Babinski徴候など神経学的診察などにより中枢運動路の障害を示唆する所見のみられる患者）、年齢を対照した健常者（神経疾患および神経症状を来しうる疾患の既往がなく、神経学診察により中枢運動路の障害を示唆する所見がないことを確かめる）

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
高度の頸椎症、頭蓋骨内および脊柱管内に金属（手術などによる）がない患者、認知機能低下のために協力が得られない患者（十分な協力が得られる患者については行う）。未成年者、成年でも十分な判断力のない被験者は除外する。
