（１）メトホルミン内服症例における服薬アドヒアランスと臨床指標との関連を検討し、（２）メトホルミン内服回数減量によって得られる血糖指標、アドヒアランスの変化をみる。

<study1>
服薬アドヒアランスとHbA1cやその他の臨床指標との関連を横断的に検討する。（目標症例200例）
<study2>
メトホルミン500mg１日２回及び通常量のDPP4阻害薬を処方されている症例において、イニシンク配合錠に希望する症例のみ変更し、変更しなかった症例と併せて血糖指標、服薬アドヒアランスの変化を前向きに観察する（目標症例80例）

The study is a cross sectional protocol which evaluate associations between drug adherence and glycemic control and other clinical parameters in type 2 diabetes who use twice or more daily metformin. (n=200)
<study2>
The study is prospective observational protocol which evaluate change of glycemic control and drug adherence by switching metformin twice daily administration to once daily in type 2 diabetes.(n=80)
