2週間の磁気刺激群; 1回約10分の刺激を1日3回、1週間に5日行う。

2週間の頭部挙上訓練群; 仰臥位で頭部挙上位を1分間保持し、1分の休憩を挟み、3回繰り返す運動と、頭部の上げ下げを30回連続して繰り返す運動を1日3回、1週間に5日行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

脳卒中、神経・筋疾患、喉頭・咽頭疾患、呼吸器疾患、上部消化器疾患の既往がなく、今回の研究に関するインフォームド・コンセントが得られる20歳以上の成人

Individuals aged 20 years or older who had no history of stroke or neuromuscular, pharynx, larynx, upper gastrointestinal, and pulmonary diseases who gave informed consent were recruited

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
心臓ペースメーカーを有するもの、舌骨上筋に近接する部位に磁性体があるもの、頸部疾患により頭部挙上が困難なもの、てんかんの既往があるもの、妊娠している女性、磁気刺激による舌骨前方移動距離が5.3mm未満であるもの

Individuals who used cardiac pacemaker, had magnetic materials near the suprahyoid muscles, had difficulty in head raising due to neck diseases, a history of epilepsy, pregnant women, and showed less than 5.3mm hyoid forward displacement during magnetic stimulation were excluded.
