日本語
COPDの肺炎発症者や入院患者を、主に咳症状、咳感受性の観点から研究し、リスク要因の同定することで、その将来的な予防策の確立につなげる。

We will research on COPD pneumonia and hospitalized patients from the viewpoint of cough symptoms and cough sensitivity to identify risk factors, leading to the establishment of future preventive measures.

COPD増悪の頻度や増悪による入院が咳感受性と関連するかどうかについて、すでに既報があるが、既報の結果が再現されるかどうか、検討する。

We will examine whether the results of the previous report can be reproduced on the frequency of exacerbations of COPD or whether hospitalization due to exacerbation is related to cough sensitivity.

1)2018年1月から2021年3月までに本院および参加病院の呼吸器内科へ受診もしくは入院したCOPD患者(喘息合併例を含む)
2)本研究参加について患者本人から文書による同意が得られている患者

1)COPD patients (including cases of asthma combined) who were consulted or hospitalized at respiratory department of the hospital from January 2018 to March 2021
2)Patients who have written consent from the patient himself about participation in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)経過をフォローすることが困難な通院頻度の患者
2)間質性肺疾患など、他の明らかな呼吸器疾患を合併している患者
3)未成年者
4)その他、研究責任(分担)者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

1)Patients with less frequent hospital visits which are difficult to follow progress
2)Patients with complications of other obvious respiratory diseases such as interstitial lung disease
3)Minor
4)Patients who are judged inappropriate as the subject by the research director
