選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1．20歳から39歳までの健康成人男性。
2．日常生活動作が自立している。
3．肺機能が正常である。
4．同意を得られている。

4. Written informed consent was obtained.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１．バイタルサインが不安定である。
①体温：35℃以下、38 ℃以上
②脈拍：50回/分以下、130回/分以上
③収縮期血圧：90mmHg以下、180mmHg以上
④経皮的酸素飽和度：93％以下
２．神経疾患（重症筋無力症、萎縮性側索硬化症等）、脳血管障害（下肢の麻痺）がある。
３．重篤な心疾患、腎不全、肝不全、糖尿病がある。
４．下肢の外傷、感染症、関節疾患、重度の静脈瘤、深部静脈血栓症、閉塞性動脈硬化症、高度の浮腫がある。
５．下肢の関節および筋肉に疼痛がある。
６．現在、ステロイド薬・抗凝固薬・血小板凝集阻害薬での薬剤治療を行っている。
７．体格指数（Body Mass Index：以下BMI）が27以上である。
８．ラテックスおよびテープアレルギーがある。
９.その他、研究責任者または分担者が不適当と判断する者

2. Neuromuscular disease (MG, ALS, etc), cerebrovascular disease (lower limb paresis)
3. Severe heart disease, renal failure, hepatic failure, DM
4. Disease of lower limb (trauma, infection, joint disorder, varix, deep vein thrombos, obstructive arteriosclerotic disease, severe edema).
5. Pain in muscles and joint of lower extremity.
6. Using steroid, anti-coagulant, or anti-platelet agents.
7. BMI 27<=
8. Allergy of Latex or surgical tape
9. Subjects who are considered ineligible by the principal or other investigators.

主な結果/Results

日本語
筋酸素化動態は、収縮開始後、総ヘモグロビン／ミオグロビン（t-Hb/Mb）、酸素化Hb/Mb（oxy-Hb/Mb)が一過性に低下し、その後徐々に増加する「通常型」（通常の随意運動と同じ変化）とt-Hb/Mb、oxy-Hb/Mbが著増する「増加型」と安静時の値とほとんど変わらない「変化なし型」の3つのタイプがあった。
6名中外側広筋は通常型・増加型：変化なしは2：3：1、腓腹筋は通常型・増加型：変化なしが3：2：1であった。
刺激強度1：1と1：2で、このタイプが変わることはなかった。

Muscle oxygenation kinetics were divided into three types based on changes in total- hemoglobin/myoglobin: the usual type (the same changes as in voluntary exercise), the increase type, and the unchanged type. The ratio of normal/increased/no change was 2:3:1 for the vastus lateralis muscle and 3:2:1 for the gastrocnemius muscle. Stimulus intensity 1:1 and 1:2 did not change this type.

外側広筋の皮下脂肪厚は6.5±2.0㎜（2名が9.5㎜と10.0㎜）腓腹筋の皮下脂肪厚は4.2±2.1mm。

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

日本語
ボランティアを募集するポスターを、研究者の勤務する施設内に掲載し、研究参加者を募集。研究参加者に研究内容を文書で説明し、文書で同意を得る。その後、問診、血圧、脈拍、経皮酸素飽和度を測定し、1回目の筋電気刺激を施行。2回目は1週間以上明けて、施行した。

Posters inviting volunteers are placed in the facility where the researcher works to recruit study participants. The researcher explains the study in writing to the study participants and obtains written consent. The first bout muscle electrical stimulation was performed after a medical interview, blood pressure, pulse rate, and transcutaneous oxygen saturation were measured. The second bout was performed at least one week later.
