選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
PE療法
a. 20歳以上の成人男女。
b. PTSD診断基準を満たす、あるいは診断されていなくても、PTSD症状が存在し、苦痛や生活への障害が生じている。
c. トラウマ体験を記憶しており、語ることができる。
d. 任意で研究に参加する意思がある。
e. 主治医の同意が得られている。
PCIT療法
a. 幼少期（2.5歳から7歳）の子どもとその親あるいは養育者（実際の養育にあたる実父母、里親、祖父母など）である。
b. 子どもには、破壊的行動を含む様々な行動問題がある。
c. 治療スケジュールの予約にそって継続できる条件が整っている親子。
d. 研究に任意で参加協力する意思がある。
e. 主治医の同意が得られている。

PCIT
a.Parent or caregiver who fosters children from 2 and a half to 7 years of age.
b.Child has behavioral problems including disruptive behaviors.
c.Could continuously comply to this treatment schedule

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
PE療法
a. 切迫した自傷他害の行為の恐れがある。
b. 重度の自傷行為がある。
c. 現在精神病症状がある。
d. 現在まだ被害に遭うリスクが高い。
e. トラウマの明確な記憶がないもしくは記憶が不十分である。
f. 20歳以下の未成年である。
g. 主治医の同意が得られない。
PCIT療法
a. 2.5歳以下あるいは7歳以上の子どもとその養育者。
b. 治療スケジュールを守ることができない状況にある親子。
c. PCITに優先する介入が必要とおもわれる親子。
d. 主治医の同意が得られない。
