選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
日本語を母語とする健康な高齢者
過去2年間にビデオゲーム(パソコン・スマートフォンも含む)が週に1時間未満

英語
right handed Japanese older adults (age:60-80)
video game time is less than 1 hour per week last 2 years

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①精神疾患・糖尿病・脳神経疾患・心臓病(心疾患)の既往歴がある方
②認知機能に影響する薬物（例：ベンゾジアゼピン、抗うつ薬、中枢神経薬）を服用している方
③認知症のスクリーニング検査であるMMSE(Mini Mental State Examination)の得点が26点以下の方
④抑うつの程度を調べる検査(Geriatric Depression Scale)が5点以上の方
⑤前頭葉機能検査であるFrontal assessment battery at bedside（FAB）の得点が12点以下の方
⑥食品摂取によるアレルギーの発生の恐れがある方(特に、ブロッコリー、乳・卵・小麦・そば・落花生・エビ・かににアレルギーを持つ方)
⑦1週間単位で見たときに1日の平均飲酒量が純アルコール量として60gを超える飲酒習慣をお持ちの方(ビール中瓶3本又は日本酒3合相当）
⑧現在、他の試験に参加している方、試験開始前2か月以内に他の試験に参加したことがある方
⑨お願いするゲーム実施と栄養摂取と生活介入日誌の記入ができない方

英語
We will exclude the subjects with mental disorder, diabetes, cranial nerve disease, cardiac disease, and food allergy.
In addition, person who are heavy alcoholic drinker and participated in other intervention study within 2 month and can not write a diary during the intervention period.
