経口血糖降下薬を併用せずに強化インスリン療法のみでHbA1c<7.0%
超速効型インスリン総投与量24単位以下

Type 2 diabetes.
The value of HbA1c less than 7.0% with basal-bolus insulin therapy without any oral anti-diabetics.
Sum of prandial insulin dose less than 24 units
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

重症肝疾患、重症腎疾患、重症心疾患を有するもの
担癌患者
妊娠中の患者

with severe liver disease, severe renal disease or severe heart disease
with any carcinoma
under pregnancy
