主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

調査項目は手術時間, 術中の出血量, 術後1ヵ月のsinking量, 歩行能力獲得日数, 術中・術後合併症とした. 手術時間, 術中の出血量, 術後1ヵ月のsinking量, 歩行能力獲得日数はunpaired-t検定を, 術中・術後合併症はX２検定を用いで比較し, p<0.05を有意差ありとした. sinking量は術直後と術後一か月のレントゲン正面において大腿骨大転子頂部からステム上縁までの距離を測定した. それを実際にもちいたアウターヘッドの直径とレントゲン上での直径で補正し比較した.

The outcome measures included the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, depth of implant subsidence at 1 month postoperatively, number of days to start walking, and intraoperative and postoperative complications. Comparisons were made using the unpaired t-test for the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, depth of implant subsidence 1 month postoperatively, and number of days to start walking, and the chi-square test for intraoperative and postoperative complications. Differences were considered significant when p<0.05. The depth of implant subsidence was measured distance from top of greater trochanter to upper edge of stem on frontal radiographs at both immediately after the operation and 1month postoperatively. The distance was corrected on the frontal radiographs for diameter of outer head actually used.

2013年12月から2017年11月に大腿骨頚部・骨頭骨折に対し人工骨頭置換術を行った症例とした. Approachの選択は2013年12月から2016年7月まではDall approachを選択し, 2016年8月以降はSuperPath approachを選択した.

Subjects who underwent bipolar hip arthroplasty for femoral neck or head fractures between December 2013 and November 2017 were included in this study. We used the Dall approach between December 2013 and July 2016 and switched to the SuperPath approach in August 2016.

期間は2013年12月から2017年7月に大腿骨頚部・骨頭骨折に対し人工骨頭置換術を行った症例とした. Approachの選択は2013年12月から2016年7月まではDall approachを選択し, 2016年7月末にSuperPathカダバートレーニングに参加し, 8月以降はSuperPath approachを選択した. SuperPath approach群が42症例（男性8症例, 女性34症例）, Dall approach群は32症例（男性5症例, 女性27症例）だった.

The SuperPath approach was used in 42 cases, while the Dall approach was used in 32 cases.
