本研究の目的は，胸部大動脈疾患に対する手術予定の患者を対象に，1.5テスラMRIによる高時間分解能，高空間分解能の撮影法を用いた造影MRAによるアダムキュービッツ動脈描出能を検討することである．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.下行ないし胸腹部大動脈の真性大動脈瘤もしくは解離性大動脈瘤を有する
2.大動脈置換もしくはステントグラフト治療予定
3.造影CT検査でアダムキュービッツ動脈の検索が行われている
4.20歳以上，85歳未満である
5.本人による文書同意が得られる

英語
1. Patient with descending or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (true aneurysm or dissectional aneurysm).
2. Scheduled for surgical or endovascular aortic replacement.
3. Patient who has underwent CT examination for detection of the Adamkiewicz artery.
4. Ability to provide informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.本人による同意取得が困難な患者
2.MRI検査の禁忌がある
3. 条件付MRI対応型ペースメーカもしくはICDを埋め込まれている
4.検査時，呼吸停止の指示に十分に従えない
5.ガドリニウム造影剤の使用禁忌がある
6.生命兆候が不安定な患者

2. Contraindication of MR examination.
3. Implanted with MR conditional pacemaker or ICD
4. Inability to breath holding more than 20 seconds.
5. Contraindication of gadolinium contrast medium
6. Unstable vital sign
