発達障害ハイリスク乳幼児のエントリー基準
(1) 国立成育医療研究センター乳幼児メンタルヘルス診療科に通院中で、同胞にASDもしくはADHD罹患児がいる乳幼児（ハイリスク児）
(2) 他の重大な精神神経的、身体合併症を有さない乳幼児
(3) 本研究の内容を理解し、自発的な文書による同意が養育者から得られた乳幼児


発達障害罹患児のエントリー基準
(1) 昭和大学附属烏山病院精神神経科もしくは国立成育医療研究センターに通院中で、ASDもしくはADHD診断がある児童
(2) 重大な精神神経的、身体合併症を有さない児童
(3) 養育者および本人が説明文書もしくはアセントにより本研究の内容を理解し、養育者の自発的な文書による同意および本人の口頭もしくは文書による同意が得られた児童

養育者のエントリー基準
(1) 先の発達障害罹患児およびハイリスク乳幼児と生物学的親で主な養育者
(2) 他の重大な精神神経的、身体合併症を有さない者
(3) 本人が説明文書により本研究の内容を理解し、自発的な文書による同意が得られた者

Infants/Children at high risk of developmental disorder
(1) Infants/children who have brothers/sisters diagnosed as either of ASD or ADHD
(2) Individuals who do not have any other neurological or psychiatric disorders
(3) Infants/children whose guardians fully understand the contents of this study and gave the consent.

Children with developmental disorder
(1) Child who is diagnosed as either of ASD or ADHD
(2) Individuals who do not have any other neurological or psychiatric disorders
(3) Children whose guardians fully understand the contents of this study and gave the consent.

Parents
(1) Individuals who are the biological parents of children with developmental disorders and at the high risk of developmental disorder
(2) Individuals who do not have any other neurological or psychiatric disorders
(3) Individuals who have capability of informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 研究担当医師もしくは主治医の判断により不適格とされた者
(2) 次のいずれかに該当する者
・心臓ペースメーカーの使用者　 ・脳血管のクリップの使用者
・神経の電気刺激装置の使用者　 ・埋め込み式ポンプの使用者
・金属片の体内残存を有する者　 ・現在妊娠中またはその疑いがある者
・入れ墨（入れ墨式のアイライン等を含む）を有する者

2) with surgical aneurysm clips
3) with neurostimulator
4) with implanted pumps
5) with metal fragments in body
6) with tattoos, permanent eyeliner (if ink contains metallic specks)
