目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
当院は急性期病院の役割を担っており、理学・作業療法士のみならず看護師も積極的なリハビリを行う必要がある。また、急性期では、全身管理やドレーン・呼吸器管理を行う中で、治療の一環として身体拘束を行うことが多い。身体拘束を行うことにより、上肢・手指の関節拘縮などの要因にも繋がりやすく、リハビリ以外でも看護師によるリハビリを行う必要があると考える。しかし、実際は、重篤化回避に向けた看護が優先され、先を見据えた合併症予防や廃用症候群予防については理学・作業療法士に委ねられているのが現状である。そこで、今回、理学・作業療法士によるリハビリに加え、2018年1月より看護師が関節可動域訓練（以下ROM訓練）を積極的に行うことで、関節可動域訓練の効果を比較検討したいと考える。

理学・作業療法士の訓練開始日より、毎日10時・17時の体位変換時、看護師による手・肘関節・肩関節・股関節・膝関節・足関節のROM訓練を施行。各関節それぞれ10秒10セット行う。

当病棟に入院された意識レベルクリア～JCSⅢ－300までの脳血管障害患者、GICUより転入された意識レベルクリア～JCSⅢ－300までの脳血管障害患者（発症1週間以内）かつ徒手筋力検査（MMT）0～4の患者
