選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
同意取得の過去1か月間に、倦怠感、疲労感、日中の眠気、食欲不振のいずれかを一度でも自覚している者

英語
Healthy individuals complaining of lassitude, fatigue, sleepiness during daytime, loss of appetite in the past one month.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 基礎疾患を有する者で治療を受けている者
2. 妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性
3. 口腔内の治療を受けている者、研究期間中に受ける予定がある者（入れ歯、インプラント治療後6か月以内もしくは6か月以降でも問題がある場合を含む）
4. 初回受診時に口腔内検査で治療が必要と判断された者
5. 消化器系に影響がある薬あるいはサプリメント、食品（腸内フローラを整えて腸内環境をよくすると謳われている乳酸菌やオリゴ糖が含まれるもの。代表的な食品例：ヨーグルト、乳酸菌飲料）を少なくとも過去1か月継続して摂取している者
6. 同意取得時前１か月以内に抗生物質の投与を受けた者
7. すでに舌清掃を実践している者
8. 舌に痛みや炎症がある者
9. 金属アレルギーがある者
10. その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

1. Any underlying disease
2. Pregnant women/possibility of pregnancy
3. Undergoing oral treatment or planning to undergo oral treatment during study period
4. Diagnosed at first visit as oral treatment required
5. Taking medicines or supplements which may have effects on digestive system
6. Took antibiotic therapy in the previous 1 month
7. Already practicing tongue scraping
8. Any abnormality in the tongue such as pain and inflamation
9. Metal allergy
10. Any other inadequacy as a subject
