②利用者は統合失調症であること
③利用者と同居し、主たる介護者であること
④研究協力チームによる支援を受けている者
⑤訪問看護師が社会資源につなげたいと思うケースであること

主な結果/Results

日本語
訪問看護ステーション4施設において、計7名の家族に対して約1か月間にわたり情報提供を行った。Zarit介護負担尺度を用いて介入前と介入3か月後の家族の介護負担感を測定し、paired t testにより解析した。結果は、介入前平均33.57点、介入3か月後平均29.86点と改善傾向であったが、有意差は認めなかった（p＝0.26）。自由記述では、研究への感謝の気持ちや、さらなる普及に向けた取り組みを期待する前向きな言葉がみられ、今後も家族支援の研究は必要であるといえる。
