60～90分程度の運動および栄養改善・疾病予防の講話と，30～60分程度の精神・心理および社会的側面を志向したグループワークを実施する。
1回約2時間，全12回程度，3か月程度で実施する。

Participants engaged in exercises and lectures about improving their nutritional condition and preventing diseases, for 60-90 minutes, and groupwork activities aimed at mental, psychological, and social aspects for 30-60 minutes.
Programs are carried out for about two hours each time, about 12 times, and for three months.
