自宅でできる運動指導を中心とした低頻度の外来リハビリテーションに歩数計と日誌を使用した活動量のセルフマネジメントを併用し，運動機能，日常生活活動，生活の質に与える影響を調査し，その有用性を明らかにする．

開始時にセルフエクササイズを指導する．歩数計と活動記録日誌を渡し，毎日，患者自身が歩数と自己評価を記録する．1ヵ月平均歩数を算出し，それに対して毎月5%の増加を促すように目標設定する．介入は6ヵ月間行う．

We teach home-based physical exercises to patients.Patients record the number of steps and self-evaluation of physical activity in a diary every day.We prompt them to increase 5% of the average number of steps in 1 month every month.Thease intervention will be held for 6 months.

・当院に定期的外来通院しており，本研究に同意を得られた慢性呼吸器疾患．
・本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる患者．

英語
The chronic respiratory disease patients visiting Jobu Hospital for Respiratory Disease.
The patients going to hospital regularly.
The patients who agreed in written to join this clinical trial.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・重篤な心疾患・内科疾患や整形外科的疾患で，主治医から運動に適さない状態と判断されている患者．
・急性疾患，悪性腫瘍，気管支喘息単発のもの，辞書不可能な障害をもつもの，認知症を伴うもの．

英語
The patients have any of sever heart, medical or orthopedic diseases and has judged by the treating physician to be inappropriate to participate in the study.

The patients with acute diseases, malignant disease, bronchial asthma, graphia or dementia.
