主な結果/Results

日本語
腹腔鏡手術は、カテーテルの開存に好ましい影響を及ぼさないことが判明した。カテーテルの位置異常は腹腔鏡手術で有意に低かった。しかし、縫合を行わない腹腔鏡手術を伴うPDカテーテルの位置異常ではその有意性は消失した。その他の結果は、開腹手術と腹腔鏡手術で類似していた。

Laparoscopic surgery was found to have no favorable effect on catheter survival.
The incidence of catheter migration was significantly lower with laparoscopic surgery.
However, the significance decreased on limiting the analysis to RCTs involving laparoscopic surgery without secured suture of the PD catheter.
Other outcomes were similar between open surgery and laparoscopic surgery.

[文献検索]
文献検索は、MEDLINEとCENTRAL（コクラン・ライブラリ）で行われる。検索は2017年4月までに出版された記事に対して行われる。
[文学スクリーニング]
2人の独立した研究者（T.SおよびD.K）により組み入れの評価が行われる。 適格性に関する相違点は、コンセンサスとシニアの研究者（A.U）の助言を借りて解決する。レビュー、症例報告、レター、論説、ケースシリーズ、観察研究および動物または乳児に関する研究する論文は除外する。
[データ抽出]
エビデンスレベルは、GRADEツールを使用して確立される。 無作為化比較試験のバイアスの質と潜在性はバイアスのリスクを評価するためのCochrane Collaborationのツールに従って評価する。
[統計分析]
レビューアナライザソフトウェア（RevMan）を使用しカテーテルサバイバルおよび合併症をアウトカムとしてメタ分析を行う。

Literature Search Strategy
Literature search will carry out in MEDLINE and CENTRAL. The search will be performed for articles published up to April 2017.
Literature Screening
Studies will be evaluated for inclusion by two independent authors. Differences regarding eligibility will be resolved by consensus and with the help of the senior author. The following type of studies will be excluded such as reviews, case reports, letters, editorials, case series, observational study and papers studying animal or infants.
Data Extraction
The level of evidence will be established by using GRADE tool. The quality and potential of bias of the randomized controlled trials will be assessed according to the Cochrane Collaborations tool for assessing risk of bias by Higgins.
Statistical Analysis
A metaanalysis will be performed with the catheter survival and complications as outcome measures using Review Manager Software.
