褐色細胞腫と診断し、手術療法を行った症例において、術前後の血糖関連指標の変化の解析及び、尿中メタネフリン及びノルメタネフリン変化値とHOMA-β、HOMA-Rの変化値との関連を解析することにより、褐色細胞腫の耐糖能異常に与える影響を検討する。

We reveal the mechanism of glucose intolerance on pheochromocytoma by investigating glycemic parameters before and after surgery, and investigated the association between the change of parameters of HOMA-beta and HOMA-R, and that of urinary levels of metanephrine/normetanephrine before and after surgery.
