左右いずれかの前腕に1種の被験品を塗布し、虫の有効接触率を測定する。この試験操作を未処理（無塗布）も含めて計9回実施する。

One test product is applied to either the left or right forearm and the effective contact rate of the insect ismeasured. The test operation is carried out nine times, including untreated(not applied).

・虫に刺された際のかゆみ、痛み、腫れなどがひどいと自覚されている方
・虫に刺された跡が長期間残ると自覚されている方
・その他、研究実施担当医師、研究監督医師が不適当と判断した方

-Subjects who are aware that a insects bite remains for a long time.
-Subjects deemed inappropriate to participate in this study by the principle investigator

主な結果/Results

日本語
被験品を塗布することで、ブランクと比較して、有意に虫の人肌への有効接触率が低下するという結果が得られた。
また、被験品毎の有効接触率差異もvitro評価と同様の傾向を示すという結果が得られた。
以上、今回の試験の結果は、II001システムが虫からの人肌保護効果が高いということが示唆される結果となった。
