選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
標準的除菌療法成功後24カ月以上経過した後に発見された胃癌（「除菌後胃癌」）病変に対する内視鏡治療を行い、当科内視鏡外来に定期受診されている30症例を対象とする。
(1) 除菌療法成功後24ヶ月以上経過後に発見された除菌後胃癌病巣に対して内視鏡治療を施行した症例
(2) 除菌後胃癌病巣（pT1a, cN0, cM0, stage IA）の内視鏡治療（治癒切除）後の患者
(3) 患者さんの全身状態がPerformance Status 0の患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 1ヶ月以内に酸分泌抑制剤（PPI、H2-blocker）や非ステロイド性鎮痛剤（NSAIDs）・ステロイド・免疫抑制剤を継続服用している患者
(2)食道・胃・十二指腸に関する上腹部手術の既往がある、または、予定のある患者
(3) 3ヶ月以内に抗生剤投与を受けた患者
(4)内視鏡的生検の禁忌例（出血傾向）
(5)消化管出血例（出血性胃・十二指腸潰瘍・高度逆流性食道炎・進行食道癌/胃癌/十二指腸癌など）
(6)妊娠の可能性がある患者
(7)重篤な全身疾患のある患者
(8)精神疾患が疑われる患者
(9)その他、研究責任医師または分担医師が研究参加を不適と判断した患者

1) patients younger than 20 years old or older than 85 years old; 2) patients with a history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or upper abdominal surgery; 3) patients taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, or any acid secretion inhibitors; 4) patients with serious medical conditions; 5) patients suffering from mental disorders; 6) patients who might be pregnant; 7) patients with inappropriate specimens; 8) patients with contraindication for endoscopic biopsy or gastrin injection; and 9) patients who refused to participate in this study

結果： ヒト胃粘膜生検検体に対するPg. LPS刺激群とPg.LPS刺激とアセトアルデヒド刺激群では粘膜電気抵抗値低下率は著変なかった。
結語：口腔内から嚥下されるPg. LPSおよびアセトアルデヒドが胃粘膜組織に曝露しても、Pg.LPS刺激とアセトアルデヒド刺激の相加・相乗効果は認められなかった。
