日本語
2群に割り割り付け、介入群はPanasonic ひざトレーナー（EU-JLM50S）を使用した骨格筋刺激療法と運動療法を併用する．運動療法の内容は運動前の10分間の準備体操後，Senoh cordless bike Vを使用し嫌気性代謝閾値による有酸素運動15分2セットを実施する。週2回以上、5ヵ月間介入。

In the intervention group, skeletal muscle stimulation therapy and exercise therapy using Panasonic knee trainer (EU - JLM 50 S) are used in combination. Contents of exercise therapy will be carried out 2 minutes of aerobic exercise with an anaerobic metabolic threshold using Senoh cordless bike V after preparatory exercise for 10 minutes before exercise.More than 2 times a week, 5 months intervention.

週2回以上外来運動療法に参加している心疾患患者

Heart disease patients who participate in outpatient exercise therapy more than twice a week

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
通院頻度が2回/週以下の患者，高度の整形外科疾患や高度の麻痺があり自転車エルゴメーターが実施できない患者

英語
Patients with visit frequency of 2 times / week or less, patients with advanced orthopedic disease and advanced paralysis and bicycle ergometer can not be performed
